Co-Organizer of Firestarter

Vita Institut – Partner in Supporting People and Organizations

Vita Institut is a co-organizer of the annual international conference on customer and employee experience “FIRESTARTER” in collaboration with the Macedonian Association for Customer and Employee Experience (MACEX). The conference has been successfully held for two consecutive years, in 2023 and 2024, with preparations underway for the 2025 edition, which promises even more inspiring content and innovations.

As part of its socially responsible activities, Vita Institute supports the Quintaum certification process, which recognizes and awards companies with the “Great Place to Work and Live” certificate – an acknowledgment highlighting their dedication to employee well-being and organizational culture.
